RETURNS
We offer a 5 day exchange policy for eligible items ordered online. Items marked final sale are not returnable. Sale dresses, shoes, and accessories are final sales and are not returnable.
WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS ON ANY DRESSES PURCHASED, IN-STORE OR ONLINE ORDERS
You can exchange your dress for dress of equal or greater value, or an online merchandise credit in the full amount.
EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS FOR ONLINE ORDERS
You must request an exchange within 5 days of the delivery of your order (this includes weekends/holidays as we are here 7 days a week).
Dresses must be shipped back to us via FedEx or UPS only, post office returns will not be accepted.
The dress must be in the same condition as received with original tags attached.
Items marked final sale are not returnable.
Original dress must be shipped back within 3 business days (postmarked within 3 days) from the time you are given RA#. If your wear date is sooner than 3 days then it must be postmarked before then.
THE FINE PRINT
Merchandise credit can only be used for purchasing merchandise, It can not be used towards shipping costs. Balances on merchandise credits are not redeemable in cash. All internet orders must be handled through internet customer service, not at our brick and mortar location. Please email xo@xobysophias.com for information. Exchanges and online merchandise credits will be issued the same day item is returned. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. International customers are responsible for duties and taxes. Dresses must be shipped back to us via FedEx or UPS only, post office returns will not be accepted. Anything postmarked after 3 business days a RA is given or without an RA will not be accepted. The dress must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it with original tags attached. Any item that is not in the same condition or appears to have been worn, washed, altered, or changed in any way will not be refunded. Any exchanges on orders using promo codes will void promo code.
